Chad Erl picked up his first set of wire strippers over 25 years ago and hasn't put them down since.
He spent his early career working for established electrical contractors throughout Southern California (Huntington Beach, the OC, greater Los Angeles) learning the trade the right way, on real job sites, under people who didn’t tolerate sloppy work. Southern California construction is fast, competitive, and unforgiving. If you can’t deliver there, you don’t last. Chad lasted. He did residential. He did commercial. He did new construction and service work and everything in between. By the time he went out on his own, he’d seen enough bad electrical work, and enough bad contractors, to know exactly what he didn’t want to be.
